Concerts in the Canyon 2026
Five nights of live music under the stars at the Irvine Bowl in Laguna Beach, presented by the Coast Film & Music Festival.
Concerts in the Canyon returns October 2026 with Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Aloe Blacc, Rainbow Body, Ben Harper, and Amos Lee. Every show takes place at the Irvine Bowl, the open air amphitheater tucked into Laguna Canyon on the Festival of Arts grounds. All shows happen rain or shine.
The series runs across two weekends. The first weekend, October 3 and 4, opens the season with two standalone nights of jazz and soul. The closing weekend, October 23 through 25, anchors the final days of the Coast Film & Music Festival with three straight nights of music.
Saturday, October 3: Preservation Hall Jazz Band
New Orleans comes to Laguna Canyon. Preservation Hall Jazz Band has carried the spirit of traditional New Orleans jazz around the world for more than six decades, ever since Allan and Sandra Jaffe founded the band in 1961. Expect brass, joy, and a night that gets the whole Bowl moving.

Sunday, October 4: Aloe Blacc
The voice behind Wake Me Up, The Man, and I Need a Dollar brings his soul and pop songbook to the canyon for one night. Aloe Blacc closes the opening weekend with a Sunday evening show made for singing along.

Friday, October 23: Rainbow Body
A first that will only happen once. Rainbow Body plays their first ever live show at the Irvine Bowl to open the closing weekend of the Coast Film & Music Festival. Be in the room when this superband featuring members of Dawes, Goose, and The Grateful Dead take the stage for the very first time.

Saturday, October 24: Ben Harper
Ben Harper headlines the biggest night of the festival, joined by special guests Donavon Frankenreiter, G. Love, and Lily Meola. Three decades of songs, one canyon, one unforgettable Saturday night.
Festival of Arts grounds open at 4pm. Irvine Bowl doors at 5:30pm. Show at 7pm.
Sunday, October 25: Amos Lee
Amos Lee closes the festival with his soulful blend of folk and R&B, joined by special guests Donavon Frankenreiter, G. Love, and Lily Meola. The last notes of Coast 2026 ring out under the canyon sky.

Closing Weekend with Concerts, $450. General admission to all three concerts plus unlimited films, programs, and workshops October 23 through 25.
Closing Weekend VIP with Concerts, $1,000. VIP seating at all three concerts plus the full closing weekend, with priority reservations.
All Access, $750. General admission to all three concerts plus the full festival, Hobie Night, and the Coast Summit.
Patron, $2,500. VIP seating at all three concerts, everything the festival offers, the Changemaker Dinner at The Ecology Center, and a $1,000 tax deduction.

Each pass includes one concert ticket per pass per night, with seats reserved through your Eventive account. The October 3 and 4 shows are ticketed separately.
