Festival Overview: Coast Film & Music Festival returns for its 8th annual celebration, October 16–25, 2026, in Laguna Beach, California. This ten-day event showcases world-class adventure films, live music, panel discussions, art, and community gatherings — all created to inspire connection and action around the outdoors, culture, and the environment. Building on last year's debut at the iconic Irvine Bowl, the festival introduces Concerts in the Canyon music series for two special weekends of music from national bands.

Saturday, October 3: Preservation Hall Jazz Band, bringing more than six decades of New Orleans tradition
Sunday, October 4: Grammy-nominated Aloe Blacc, performing hits including "I Need a Dollar" and "The Man"
Weekend Two | October 23–25 — closing out Coast's October program
Friday, October 23: Rainbow Body with Ignacio Maria Gomez
Saturday, October 24: Three-time Grammy winner Ben Harper
Sunday, October 25: Amos Lee
Donovan Frankenreiter, G. Love and Lily Meola join both nights
Screenings, conversations, and workshops will also take place across Laguna Beach at the Rivian South Coast Theater, Laguna Beach Cultural Arts Center, Festival of Arts, and more.
