Synopisis

Milk & Honey is a 30-minute surf film by Stab Magazine featuring surfers Caity Simmers, Stephanie Gilmore, Coco Ho, and Frankie Harrer. Filmed in Siargao, Philippines, the movie explores how different surfboard designs—both alternative and standard—can complement each other to unlock a surfer's full style and ability. It demonstrates that all boards can be high-performance and focuses on the relationship between a surfer, their chosen equipment, and their approach to wave riding.
