The Speed Project Afterparty

2025 | Coast Film & Music Festival

Duration: 14 min

Synopisis

The Speed Project Afterparty tells a story of a grueling, unsanctioned run from the Santa Monica pier to the iconic welcome to Las Vegas sign. With no set route, no spectators, and no rules, it strips endurance running down to its rawest form. Testing not just speed, but grit, strategy, and mental toughness. This year, Ethan decided to take it on solo, entirely self organized, with just a small support crew by his side. After 88 hours and 2 minutes, Ethan crossed the finish line covering 287.52 miles with 17,457 feet of total elevation gain.
